Shipping & Returns

SHIPMENT: All orders will be shipped by UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. MOST orders ship same day if received by 3PM ET.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: SSR permits Returns/Exchanges, within 30 Days of Purchase, Previously arranged via a Return Authorization issued by SSR. A 15% Restocking Fee may be levied against any Credit Due for Returned Goods. No Custom Items May Be Returned. Special Order (non-catalog) items are subject to manufacturer’s restocking fee. Due to health restrictions, we are not allowed to take returns on microphones, headsets / headphones, or any item that has contact with ear or mouth, regardless of use.

LIMITED WARRANTY: All products sold by SSR are warranted for normal application for a period of 90 days from date of sale. If the product is defective in material or workmanship, or fails to operate for the Manufacturer’s intended purpose during the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced when returned to SSR free of charge. The customer must provide SSR with proof of purchase on all products returned. There are no other expressed or implied warranties except as set forth herein. There is no warranty covering consequential damages, or incidental expenses, including injury to persons or property.
